Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Queen’s Crown Essentials for your haircare needs. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns below.

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be given. Due to the nature of our products and FDA regulations, Queens Crown Essentials, cannot accept returns.

Please note that because we use natural ingredients in our products, sometimes separation can occur or there will be variations in viscosity, scent, and color, and these will all vary from batch to batch.

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or missing items please contact us via email at support@queenscrownessential.com within 72hrs of receiving your package and include pictures and we will need documentation from USPS for damage.
